St Louis’ Fastest Selling Neighborhoods can be found primarily in the West St Louis County area but, as the table below shows, most areas of the St Louis area have at least some representation on the list. For the purposes of this table, I look at the median days on market of the current homes listed for sale with the logic that, if the median time on the market is very low for listings, then homes must be selling fast or the neighborhood has the most impatient sellers in town who are giving up and canceling their listing within a couple of weeks of hitting the market. :)
