Homes in Franklin County sold for a median price of $284,900 during December 2025, marking a 12.83% rise from December 2024’s median of $252,500. This figure also reflects a 13.51% increase compared to November 2025, when the median sold price was $251,000.

The upward trend extends to the listing prices as well, with the median list price reaching $311,900 in December 2025, up 16.42% from $267,900 in December 2024. Additionally, the market saw 113 home sales in December 2025, a 6.60% increase from the 106 sales recorded in December 2024.
