Low interest rates and the homebuyer tax credit, which is close to getting extended beyond the current expiration date of November 30th, should be tempting to buyers.

- 3/1 adjustable rate mortgage 3.625% no points
- 5/1 adjustable rate mortgage 3.75% no points
