Top 15 Sellers Markets In St Louis

Nearly all of the 15 top sellers markets in St. Louis are  in St. Louis County, with the only exceptions being number 12 on the list, Barnhart in Jefferson County, and number 15, O’Fallon in St Charles County, according to the latest data available from MORE, REALTORS.  The list below is based upon MORE’S Market Action Index^TM which, among other things, looks at supply, demand and inventory for an area and then applies an index value to it.
